I had much better experience with four seasons and pizzahut.
It was not a good idea to use their delivery service. I ordered flowers today for delivery to a Juniata student. They could not deliver to her building for "security reasons" but would deliver to Juniata College before 12 and someone would give it to her. This is fine with me however when no one called her until 2pm so I called about the whereabouts of the flowers. They were not professional in handling my inquiry and could not tell the building name or address where the flower were delivered to. So she had to find out herself by calling each office. Luckily she got the flower.
