Got a haircut by Jess around Christmas time. Did a great job. Went back in February. The salon was literally empty with no customers waiting. The stylist was sitting in a chair in the back of the salon, didn't bother to get up, acted like it was a pain in the neck to speak to me. I was told it would be at least an hour and a half until she could do it. (WITH AN EMPTY SALON?!) The least she could have done was got up and spoken to me insead of acting like how dare I request a haircut and make her get up out of her chair. Extremely poor attitude with this girl. I wouldn't go back there if THEY paid me for a haircut. She is going to lose business for this salon with her crappy disposition.
Walked in and was waiting for service. A male customer left and all the people wprking there started talking trash about him, laughing and saying how one stylist shows his pictures to all her customers. No way I'd go back in there if that's the way they do their customers after they leave. Very unprofessional and rude.
Went in for a quick trim. Took less than 15 minutes. Was charged 17 dollars for my haircut when I worked 3 doors down. I've never paid more than 15 for a hair cut ever and always give 5 as a tip. She got 3 dollars as a tip but I will not return there. 17 for a 15 minute hair cut....
