The only positive part of my experience here was that they diagnosed him with Lymes disease. Before the man went to cut my dogs nails I told them he is very very afraid of getting his nails cut and will try and squirm out of the way. So he hiked him up high up on a table and I held him. It was obviously scaring my dog and he was trying to get off the table. Next thing I know the man ripped my dog off the table and dragged him to a back room. Not once asking me if it was alright or telling me what was going on. I was completely taken aback and was shaking. When they came back my dog was foaming out of his mouth, red eyed, and shaking.

Great doctor and staff. Very friendly and professional. Needed an appointment for a stray kitten and they got me right in and I am from a different state. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends in the area and will be coming back for future appointments!
This vet's office has wonderful staff with great bedside manner. It is a full service clinic, including an operating room. Can't recommend it enough!
I understand my dog is an animal and as a retired Vet's granddaughter, understand they're trying to do their job, but that is not okay to very aggressively rip someone's animal away without permission and talk down to a customer. It was uncomfortable. I encourage this practice to try and be more open about what they are doing and also be upfront about prices. Because they then charged an extra fee for a "difficult dog", even though I was upfront and honest about my dog being afraid at the beginning. The other Vet place in town has never charged us that and has always been very understanding.
I did not have a good experience here at all, and as a granddaughter of a now retired veterinarian, would not recommend anyone with a medium sized dog here. I brought my dog in because he was acting sick and not eating. I also brought him in to get his nails cut. I am not one to ever leave reviews, but my experience was something they need to be aware of.
We are new to area and have 3 dogs.we passed place while moving here and thought we would give them a try.VERY unprofessional!!! We made appointment and we took our chocolate lab ,he has hip dysplasia and we needed to get his meds refilled.The young girl working at front desk was extremely rude arguing that there was no way we had appt.we did not receive any help for our 12 year old lab, now having to go weekend in pain before we can see a reputable veterinarian. Anyone new to area don't waste your time with this establishment !
