Nice place, perfect for my mountain bike trip. Staff friendly, rooms were good. I even left my Kindle there and they called me afterwards to let me know and are shipping it back. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed for a week in early September. Nice clean room yes its an old motel so rooms are small no coffee maker in room have to go to office to get it. Soda machine by office and they had a small assortment of snacks for sale in office. At bottom of hill Kelly's corner bar and very good food. Peanut butter chocolate pie is out or this world. All n all good service from staff and they kept rooms clean. My only complaint is bed in my room needs replaced. Looked like room had been remodeled some. Of stay again if in area. Price was good but did increase on Penn state game days
Arrived around 9pm and the older gentleman in the office was very polite and inviting when we checked in. The gentleman gave us directions to our room and explained the wifi password.
Overall, no complaints, it's about as much as you'd expect for a budget priced motel. If you just need a place to stay the night in on a budget in the area and don't plan on staying in the room that much this is definitely a great option. If you need pampering and a luxurious room, this place probably isn't for you.
Room was upstairs on the far side of the motel. Room had a smoke smell to it, unsure if it's because of people smoking right outside the doors or if people smoked in the room, but the smell was pretty prevalent. Two twin beds, an old CRT TV, microwave, nicely sized mini fridge, and a newer wall mounted ac was in the room.
Great value. Perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep. Rooms were clean, parking was abundant, and there's a bar/restaurant in walking distance. All staff was very friendly and even let us park a car for a while before we checked in.
