Great hidden park. No crowds and RVs are not allowed, tent only.
This place is the pinnacle of seclusion. Love that they only allow primitive camping(tent only). This park is easy access to Rt 322(in both directions). The Mid State Trail runs right through middle of park and lends itself to loop trails for dayhikes and for those wanting more of a challenge, a hike up MST lends itself to gaining access to Detweiler Natural area, Thickhead Natural Area and Bear Meadows Natural area. Plenty of trails and closed gated roads that connect junctions to explore, get lost on, get away from it all on. A landscape photographer's paradise.
beautiful place yo visit, with some interesting history. just wish they would fix the dam.
Beautiful park with nice grows and a pretty dam. No crowds, very secluded.
